Tenth Life FAQ

How do I adopt a 10th Life cat?

Just come to Nine Lives Books any day and we will have someone able to assist you with adoptable cats that we have in the store. We also have a bulletin board where you can view pictures of cats adoptable cats currently at the sanctuary. Or, you can come to one of our major monthly adoption events where 100 or so cats will be available. See our Calendar for dates.

Can you recommend a good vet?

All 10th Life cats are treated at Becker Animal Hospital. We highly recommend Dr. Becker's vet clinic for quality care at an excellent price.

Can you take my cat(s)?

We do sometimes intake cats from the general public. However this is on a space available basis, and an intake fee may be charged.

How can I help the cats?

We are always in need of people to volunteer to help take care of cats in the sanctuary, transport cats to and from the vet, do paperwork, as well as many other necessary functions. Material and monetary donations are also greatly appreciated. See our Sanctuary Needs page for more information

Where is the Sanctuary located?

The 10th Life Cat Sanctuary is located on the West side of San Antonio.
