Read more.The 10th Life Cat Sanctuary is a Texas non-profit corporation headed by Suzanne Farnsworth and supported by Nine Lives Books. It is our goal to ensure that every adoptable cat finds a home, and to make San Antonio a "No Kill" city by the year 2012. Nine Lives Books provides financial support to 10th Life Cat Sanctuary, but we can't do it alone. We keep adoption fees low ($50) to adopt out as many cats as possible. We return all money collected to the originating rescue agency, as well as subsidize any shortfall with funds from the bookstore and donations to the sanctuary. We are in need of cat supplies, equipment, cash and gift cards (Please bring all donations to Nine Lives Books: Directions), and volunteers. You can visit Nine Lives books to adopt a cat at any time, or come to our next monthly adoption event September 22-23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All cats we adopt are spayed or neutered, and have had their vaccinations. Come on by and meet your new feline companion today!
